need to pull default directories from github #67

first_time_run script reports ntp, samba directory not found from /opt/fractalio/defaults, those directories should be pulled from https://github.com/fractalio/integral-view/tree/develop/defaults .

The script is keeping them under /opt/fractalio/defaults/logs rather /opt/fractalio/defaults
