Ability to remove a gridcell from the list of gridcells #95

Once a gridcell has been removed from the storage cluster, we should have the ability to remove it from the list of gridcells and make it available as a new gridcell.

This works. Tested on @g1.1-rc2 Note : To remove a node from the storage cluster means, deleting the volume/volumes that exist on the node. This again means dataloss. The simplest solution would be replace a GRIDCell instead of Removing.
