New FAQ page includes answers to some recently asked questions
Configuration documentation is consolidated - and actually referenced
Contribution documentation and issue templates are updated to clarify when an issue should be directed to SonarDelphi
Because GitHub issue templates can only properly be tested in the master branch, I've made a repo at https://github.com/fourls/delphilint-test containing the contents of this branch - drafting a new issue there will show the changes to issue templates shown in this PR.
