Issue description

When the IDE theme is changed, the rest of the IDE updates to reflect the new selection. DelphiLint does not, with the exception of the bottom panel.

For example, after changing from "Dark" to "Light":

Open the DelphiLint window.
Change theme using the theme button in the top right:
