Set up netlify for site #18

Todo:

[x] Set up account and connect to github repo
[x] Configure comments (Disqus)
[ ] Investigate getting free upgrade account for small non-profits
[x] Connect to domain name (once we have it)
[ ] Other configuration?
[ ] Decide if/where we want to have comments on our site.

I've linked the site to Disqus and dropped in the short code at the end of the list of labs on the labs/ page just so we can see what it looks like. Still have to decide if we want this sort of thing and if so, how it should be configured.

I'm moving this to pre-fall goals since the most important configuration is completed and the remaining things are less urgent.
