Test/Improve mobile experience #20

Currently the top menu isn't great on a phone. There may be other issues as well. Needs more testing as we continue to develop the site.

I've implemented a hamburger menu for small devices, and the home page works well on smaller devices as well.

I'm closing this for now. We can open new issues to address specific issues related to screen size if/when they arise.
