Create a writing style guide

Especially as we have multiple authors we may want to have a bit of a writing style guide for things like

• Oxford comma?
• Trailing punctuation in list environments?
• dataset or data set?
• data = plural?
• etc/etc/etc/

It would be nice when editing documents to have a go to place to find that answers to these things. We could let it grow/evolve as we keep working.
