Create Data Viz Lab(s) #35

There is an early draft of a data viz lab in the google drive that might serve as a starting point.

I suspect we may end up with more than one lab/worksheet here. I'm guessing he original audience @ccrocke1 imagined was CS students who don't spend a lot of time on data viz. But DS and Stat students will be using and creating data visualizations much more frequently and should be encouraged to think more deeply.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around what makes this an ethics worksheet and not just a "good data viz habits" worksheet. But it would be nice to get this topic into our list of available labs since lots of people think about data viz in many types of courses.

@kcarnold , you mentioned thinking about a data viz lab when we met in June. Any ideas for what it should focus on?
