Create a list of "It may be helpful to review the list of potential ethical issues in computing and data science" #56

The data cleaning lab, for example says:

It may be helpful to review the list of potential ethical issues in computing and data science below as you consider the exercises below.

Perhaps we should create a page we can link to that lists these.

If so, the things enumerated as ethical issues considered in each lab should be included on the list.

Note: I should have made it clearer that the data clean lab does include a list of ethical issues in the lab worksheet. So the main questions are

Do we (also) want a separate page listing these that could be used for other purposes?
Should this list match the implicit list formed by collecting all the issues mentioned in the instructor materials. Note: I don't the the same definition of "ethical issue" is being used across all the labs.

I opted for a solution of creating a short-code for these. This makes it easy to add the list to any worksheet we like, and also to a separate page just listing the ethical issues.

I'll make the stand-along page shortly.
