This changelog is smaller that what I wanted to do originally in the branch. The issue of getting buildings from a large and complex polygon is easily solved by increasing the timeout. However, I fixed one issue:
Avoid failing after a single Overpass endpoint didn't return a successful response. This way, the system can try the next endpoint.
