Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We are a large corporate that has man devs working on the same project. We do get emails when we are added as reviewers, and likewise for the PR's we create. However, we miss many notifications as we are bombarded with emails in general.

Describe the solution you'd like We would love to have an option for the Git plugin for Teams to subscribe to:

These all relates to larger pull requests with many agents. Be this developers, QA, or UX. So that we can mention them and have them get the needed updates.

Describe alternatives you've considered Email filters with automated forwarders to mentioned parties - they also do not read their email. Manually sending teams messages to reviewers, and to QA once environments are build for testing.

Additional context I subscribed to via the integration yesterday, and I am seeing every movement for the Repo. This is sub optimal, as I can subscribe only to my own github subscribe org/repo commits:users/* or `@github subscribe org/repo commits:myBranch'. THis works but only for my own PR's. But this means I have to add every single branch I have a vested interested in, even though I might not know about it yet.

This request is a basic feature request. I am surprised it was not already developed.

Any news on that topics? It's now over a year without response. Would be great to know if this issue will get some traction soon :)

+1 on this one. It is too overwhelming to receive all the requests. Are there any plans on improving this? Thanks in advance.
