This PR adds discussions subscriptions and unfurls to our docs.
This is due to be shipped on 2/10.
tl;dr of the changes:
Discussions are added as a subscribable feature, disabled by default (for both team channels and personal)
Discussions are added as an unfurlable link
Instructions on how to manually update the app to have the latest permissions if needed (this is our temporary workaround until we are able to implement a prompt in Teams itself)
It looks like this file had quite a bit of trailing whitespace. My editor automatically removed these. Sorry for the noise. It probably is easier to review with whitespace changes disabled on the diff.
