Images in comments are stretch when display in Teams personal app #213

Describe the bug When posting an image in a comment (issue / PR) via GitHub cloud, the image received in Teams personal app is stretched (width) This problem doesn't happen with the Teams app deployed in a team.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to GitHub cloud
  2. Create a PR / Issue
  3. Copy / paste an image (e.g. take a screenshot)
  4. Submit the comment
  5. In Teams, check the Adaptive Card received via the bot as in the 1:1 chat

Expected behavior Image shouldn't be streched and keep initial size ratio
