Merge PRs via Teams #220

@ashokirla :: Do we have a provision to merge Pull Requests via teams chat ? At times revieweres are not near their machine , so they can just write approve PR no x for Repo y ...... And the merge happens Do we have a possibilty for this ?

I assume you mean, "APPROVE PRs via Teams" and then whether or not they merge automatically would be defined in the GH Action, correct? If so, I'd love to see this as well. But Approve and Merge are independent of each other.
