Scheduled personal reminders don't actually work

Hello, I have recently started to configure scheduled reminders for our team for our org. We are leveraging the Teams app, not slack. I seem to be able to schedule reminders per the documentation for both Teams channels and team members.

My issue is this, the EMU account that i leverage is unable to receive any scheduled reminders. When i issue the schedule command, it responds affirmatively, but I never receive a notification.

I DO get initial PR creation notifications, and any other notification i subscribe to per the documentation. this is strictly around scheduled reminders for the bot attached to my account..

I also have an administrative EMU account that is a GitHub Org admin that is used to admin the org. if I configured scheduled reminders for THAT account, it works as expected.

I have also been able to coach a few users to do the same thing for their own personal reminders, which also appear to work.

lastly, the channel reminders work as expected as well.

Here is something that may or may not be relevant. Prior to our deployment of GitHub enterprise cloud, that email was tied to an account I was using to evaluate GitHub's public offering. I have a feeling this issue is related, but perhaps not. I have, as of today, disassociated the email address that was shared between the two accounts and the evaluation account is not completely isolated, and is the account im using to post this.

as far as troubleshooting

i have logged out of the github app within teams.
i have removed the github app from my teams instance
i have removed the teams integrations within my github app settings
i have re-installed the github app in teams
i have signed back in and re-authed into my github account
i have re-submitted a scheduled reminder
