Add Github Status notifications #244

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Just a nice-to-have.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd love to be able to get Teams notifications for Github Status in stream with our other Github notifications, like today's(10/5/2022) issues with Actions(https://www.githubstatus.com/incidents/smn1qtqvbsb6).

Describe alternatives you've considered You can subscribe to githubstatus.com via email, which can be set to a Teams channel. This "works" but is not well formatted to fit in Teams.

Workaround: you could subscribe with your channel email(Options -> "Get email address") to get updates.
