When our Teams channel is notified of a new PR, we receive a thread with all of the PR details included. For PRs with long descriptions, this means the channel becomes bloated with unnecessary information. A PR thread will take up too much space in the channel. We don't need to see all of the PR details in the Teams thread - a brief summary or even just the PR name will suffice, as the PR detail can be seen on GitHub.

The subscription for PR notifications should (any of the following):
include an optional teams-specific summary which could be indicated with a label or flag in the PR description itself
include an optional toggle for whether or not the description is shown
not include the PR description (only the name, status and reviewers)
