Install App continues to prompt #300

Describe the bug Added the GitHub MS Teams app, and I've added it to a Team that I am an owner of. I have been able to connect the GitHub account successfully, but when trying to subscribe to a repo, it fails.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the channel
  2. @ Mention GitHub bot, run command GitHub subscribe OWNER/REPO
  3. This returns the following error:

Expected behavior I would expect this to subscribe as I see other users have screenshots of in the issues section.

Additional Context:

MS Teams app is added to my profile, Github app is added to Teams, and connection through MS Teams to this bot shows as successful. image

@kasadis Can you please confirm if the Microsoft Teams for GitHub app is installed on the organization that you want to subscribe to? (Docs to help you confirm that)
