Limit content embeds to fit into a Teams message #328

Describe the bug When linking to a big file on github (f.e. a translations file) the client-side embedding can exceed the message size limit of teams, leading to a stuck message

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Link to a big file on github under the teams integration
  2. attempt to send the message
  3. Failed to send

Expected behavior The embed to be restricted to a sensible size to avoid disrupting the user
