Describe the bug
Can't create an issue from a message. Get a "Failed to create issue on org/repo" error. I also noticed that nothing shows up under assignees/labels, which may be part of the same issue. Included screenshots of both.
Tested against public and private repos. App is definitely connected to our org and I am an admin.
To Reproduce
Click action menu, create issue, select repo and then create.
Expected behavior
Expected issue to be created
