Create Issue not working in new teams #358

Describe the bug Currently you cannot create a new issue with the github app in new teams, if you have not previously created an issue in the old UI.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Github app on the new teams.
  2. Click create an issue.
  3. Try to select repo.
  4. You will see the error "Organization/Repository is a required input".

Expected behavior Expected to be able to connect and create issue from the new teams. Currently the workaround is to switch to old version, connect github, create an issue, switch back to new ui, repository will now be by default selected so there is no need to select and you can create issues.
