Reminder posts contain large image/spacing hiding content of post #394

Describe the bug Reminder posts have large clock image, this means you can't see any of the reminder message without clicking see more.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Schedule a reminder in Teams GiHub schedule org/repo
  2. Wait for reminder to post a message in channel

Expected behavior A better formatted message that doesn't have a lot of unnecessary spacing - a simple bullet list:

Pending pull request reviews on https://github.com/org/repo
