Add ability to map GitHub user groups to Slack user groups in notifications #1512

In a monorepo we have an automatic assignment of team user group as a reviewer according to CODEOWNERS. We also have corresponding team user groups in Slack.

It would be super cool if the plugin supports mapping of GitHub user groups to Slack user groups to properly trigger mentions.

This would be really handy, since we typically use User Groups for PR reviews instead of individual users.
