Connect a GitHub Team to a Slack User Group #1519

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When a GitHub Team is assigned to a pull request, no one is alerted on Slack since the GitHub Team is not aliased to a Slack User Group.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow a GitHub Team to be aliased to one or many Slack User Groups.

Describe alternatives you've considered Alias a GitHub Team to the Slack Users who comprise it.
