Not able to check user logs for workSpace settings changes #1602

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, We are unable to get the logs of workSpace Settings changes made by which user for example a disabling the phone number on the user profiles and we would like to know how to get logs if there are any changes made on the workspace setting by admins.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to know the solution where i can get logs or any alerts if someone make changes to workSpace. We have owners and admins in our workspace and i am owner for the slack workspace in my company.

Describe alternatives you've considered I tried to access any api or logs or analytics available on the slack but couldn't get the user logs who modified the workspace settings

Additional context It would be better if we get any api's available or any loggers where we can get user activity on the workspace settings since this will affect the company slack settings.
