Slack integration on GHES 3.8.0 does not go through the configured web proxy #1648

Describe the bug When attempting to configure the slack integration, we cannot connect to slack.com due to firewall rules, as web access is only permitted via our configured web proxy.

To Reproduce Create a GHES 3.8.0 instance and configure a web proxy Monitor access through the web proxy, and attempt to configure the slack integration You will see no hits on the web proxy.

Expected behavior Connections should go through the web proxy, and then connect.

Do you have any update on this. It seems that this bug is still present in 3.11.4
