Opening a revert PR through the Github UI is not reported as a new PR #1665

Describe the bug 👋 After subscribing to a repo, opening a revert PR through the Github UI does not get reported as a newly opened PR by the app, while a regularly opened PR is. The event types for opening a revert PR and opening a regular PR seem the same.

To Reproduce

  1. Steps to reproduce the behavior:
  2. Subscribe to repo
  3. In Github UI: pull requests -> closed -> click pr -> revert at bottom
  4. Create PR

Expected behavior Expected to see the new PR be reported by the app in Slack
