No slack notification is made when a user is mentioned in a GitHub issue #1669

Describe the bug When users are mentioned (via @username) in a GitHub issue, no slack notification is made.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable real time notifications
  2. Enable "You are mentioned in a comment"
  3. Have someone mention you in a comment
  4. Receive an email notification
  5. Receive no slack notification

Expected behavior A slack notification should be received

Additional context https://github.com/integrations/slack/issues/1403 seems to indicate that this should work.
