Can't create issue from this App #1699

Describe the bug I am unable to select an organization on issue screen, and I wonder if this is because I don't belong to any organization. Is this feature only available for accounts that belong to an organization or repository? The channel is receiving notifications correctly, so it appears that the app is functioning as it should.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Insltall this app
  2. Sign in Github
  3. Subscribe repsitry
  4. /crate issue on chat

I ran into this but found that if you first create an issue in a given channel with the command /github open <user>/<repo> then it will allow you to create subsequent issues within that repo out of slack messages by clicking the "three vertical dots" and then "Create an issue". You seem to have to do this again in each channel.
