The link to grant permission created by the app doesn't exist (404) #1705

Describe the bug When I attempt to subscribe to workflows, I get a message from the app asking me to grant some permissions. When I click on the link, it redirects to a page with a 404 message.

This happens to me as well -- and annoyingly I cannot figure out how to grant the permissions to the integration without this magic link... I only see ways to revoke the apps access, not configure it.
