Connect GitHub Team to Slack Group #1738

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I can subscribe to repositories and resources my team owns, but I won't be notified in Slack unless my name is explicitly listed on the resource.

Describe the solution you'd like I want to use a command like /github connect <team-name> <group-name>, so the Slack notifications will tag @group-name in place of @team-name in messages the same way it will use my personal Slack handle in place of my GitHub username after using /github signin.

Describe alternatives you've considered GitHub is currently configured to automatically tag random team members on PRs whenever they are opened, but there are instances when tagging the full team is appropriate. In these instances, tagging every individual team member is an unpleasant workflow.
