Subscribe to merge queue dequeued events

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Just using GitHub alone makes it difficult to automate responses to merge queue dequeuing a pull request because something went wrong

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to be able to subscribe to PRs being dequeued from the merge queue. I think it's pull_request.dequeued? This is how it appears in my webhook recent deliveries:

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Creating our own web server to receive the event above. This would work, but we'd like to stick to just this integration if possible.
• Creating a GH action to trigger on the event above. As far as I can tell this is not possible using the default GH action triggers
