Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'd like to see all workflow runs in slack.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like a way to receive slack notifications on all workflow runs - independent of the event or branch

Describe alternatives you've considered I tried setting workflows:{branch: "*"} as well as all, but no luck

Any ideas how this could be implemented? Or status update? Would be great to have such notifications
