Feature arguments when subscribing to a repo are ignored (but unsubscribe seems to work)

To Reproduce

/github subscribe luno/luno-go pulls issues

Expected behavior

This channel will receive notifications from [luno/luno-go](https://github.com/luno/luno-go) for:
issues, pulls
