Link previews can be really nice but they are extremely verbose and take up most of the screen.
Describe the solution you'd like
It's nice to see the PR title in the channel message but the option to have all or the rest of it as a threaded response would keep the channel a lot tidier and easier to read through, while still maintaining the availability of the extra information for those that are interested.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now I disable mine everywhere but this setting is per user rather than per channel which makes things tend to be cluttered. And then as mentioned it's also really nice to have the PR title (basically the mini preview that happens when there are multiple links in the same message) in the main thread, since it adds nice context to the link regardless of how its framed in the original message.
