Describe the bug
I have added our github repository to our slack channel to get notifications whenever users (which are not in our group or slack channel) open an issue or modify one.
I have tested it by adding/inviting Github to the slack channel and subscribing to the repository
i have also created an issue to see if the new issues will be forwarded to slack. which they were.
Afterwards, a different user has created an issue, but this one was not transferred to our channel.
Again, I have created an issue, but this was was transferred to slack again.
we have two labels, but also the option to create an issue "blank" (s. below). Can this be a problem? Do we need to specifically subscribe to all labels (also blank)?
Are there any restrictions, why some issues are not coming through?
