Broken link in README #1876

Describe the bug The README states,

You can install the GitHub app at orglevel by clicking here and selecting the enterprise grid organization to install.

The link is broken.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://github.com/integrations/slack
  2. Click on the "here" link mentioned
  3. Receive 404

Expected behavior …links aren't broken.

Additional context Trying to figure out where the settings for what workspaces my GH org has access to is, floundering.
