Can't link assignees to slack Id. #1887

Describe the bug Reviewer and mention in PR connect well with slack ID, but assignees show github id. So it is not notified well.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to PR
  2. Click on assignees
  3. Go to github bot channel
  4. See error - Mentioned Ids are different from adding reviewer and assignees even it is same user.

Expected behavior People who are added as assignees can be connected with their slack id.
