Context We have a Slack integration setup from a private GitHub repo to push any new or closed issue to a Slack channel.

Describe the bug We have noticed on 1-2 occasions over the last month or so that some issues do not show up in Slack. This causes us to miss triaging the issue for our customers.

To Reproduce Intermitted. Appears to be no repeatable evidence thus far.

Expected behavior All activity related to issues are pushed to the Slack channel.

Mainly looking to understand if this is perhaps a known bug or not. If not a known bug, internal IT has recommended disconnecting and reconnecting in Slack as the next recommended step.
