docs: Update README with GH Markdown flavored alerts #294

When reading the docs I found the notes very helpful, but I didn't see that they stood out as much they can. This PR adds GitHub Markdown flavored alerts, more details can be found here: https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/writing-on-github/getting-started-with-writing-and-formatting-on-github/basic-writing-and-formatting-syntax#alerts
