Add Aero branding #211 #243

As per the following link https://github.com/cockpit-project/cockpit/blob/master/doc/branding.md, it is required to have a custom branding directory with the name matching $ID in /etc/os_release so that the system shall fetch the brand info per distro-name. We have placed the reference logo.png in branding folder path - The same can be replaced when the proper one is available. Similarly background look can be customized.

Are the code changes fine? Please let me know if any more improvements are required.

The way it's done I think it's fine for now. I didn't have time to check how it looks yet. I see that the logo is a "sample logo" that we are likely not going to use. Is it possible to keep the cockpit logo and customize the rest?
