Add aero-optical-flow #277

aero-optical-flow repository will be moved to intel-aero organization so please do not merge yet, everything else can be reviewed.

@lucasdemarchi I was not able yet to make it work with the changes that you requested, it keeps not finding the aero-optical-flow.service. Can we merge this way and fix on top? I wrote instructions(https://github.com/intel-aero/aero-optical-flow/blob/master/README.md) of how to run aero-optical-flow having in mind that the user will build the development image and it will already come with the aero-optical-flow binary.
