On-chip debugging of STM32 based FCU - Intel Aero RTF #346

I need to debug PX4 gps driver in PX4 firmware. Is it possible to somehowe connect to AscTech build-in FCU by using STLinkv2 SWD or via other means and debug trough gdb? Thank you for suggestions.
