Ubuntu version link broken on readme #366

The link that goes to the correct Ubuntu distro (https://github.com/intel-aero/meta-intel-aero/wiki/90-(References)-OS-user-Installation) leads to a 404 error. It needs to be updated to the archived version http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases/16.04.3/

Please note: incorrect documentation and broken links make it extremely difficult for people new to the technology to get things setup.
