BigDL models cannot be downloaded in aws, need to be replace.

We are moving models from S3. We'll update the docs and links later. Thank you.

I don't have access authority to these bigdl models and data. Could you please have a try to download them via AWS webui. @jenniew I will also ask bigdl team for them.
