Cdmi base containers spec #141

Hello,

Testing the base adapter against our server implementation, I found two problems:

the URI for containers should include a trailing / (did not find a specific clause in the spec but all examples do include a trailing /)
the body of a put container using CDMI content type should be valid json. AFAIK an empty string is not valid json.
