ALL STOP icon #174

To make CosBench easier to use an "all stop" button or icon on the workload page where all processes and all pending processes / tests are halted by one click would be most useful. Especially when a test workload has many distinct tests in sequence.

you could cancel the current running workload on workload page, which will cancel all stages.

or, you can cancel all workloads on index page by selecting all active workloads then cancelling them.
