Documentation doesn't have information about csv file contents/units #234

I haven't been able to find anything specific in the documentation about the meaning of the units in the csv files. The documentation does have information regarding units in the UI, but there are subtle differences. I had to write up some stuff regarding these units while using cosbench and I'd like to contribute that documentation back; this issue is hopefully to track the contribution.

Please yell at me if I should instead just do a pull request without a tracking issue.
