keystone multi-region support for cosbench. #261

For multi-region enabled keystone, service end point is identified by service name and region. Adding "region_name" keyword for keystone authentication.

Thanks for your pull request. I think we have enabled region parameter for keystone authentication in COSBench since 0.4.2.0 you can find it here. 23a22ce6293a5942c31263f290be081b232c8654
