update the doc for node-red-contrib-aws-iot-hub for 0.1.10 #7

As node-red-contrib-aws-iot-hub is getting updated to 0.1.10, the cert file name specified in the readme.md is no longer correct and caused some confusions when I was trying to setup my gateway. So just updating the readme.md to help the others
